The Digital Marketing Specialist position is a key role in developing, launching, and maintaining Taimei Technology Inc.’s sales and marketing systems and coordinating the efforts for a SaaS Based Clinical Research Platform selling to the Pharma and Biotech Industry.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing demand generation initiatives within our core verticals/market areas. This includes owning the tactical execution of marketing automation and campaigns and managing a portfolio of account-based and inbound marketing programs. The Digital Marketing Specialist requires a wide breadth of experience in digital marketing and the expertise to manage campaigns from the identification of buyer personas successfully, through development of tactical plans, to measurement and optimization of campaign elements to achieve goals.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for regularly communicating with the Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Marketing, Product Management, and North America Sales teams to understand and communicate the overall effectiveness of marketing programs. The Lead/Demand Generation Specialist receives broad guidance on priorities and processes and recommends an execution plan.

In this role you will interact with the Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Marketing and Business Development to develop, implement, and track lead generation efforts and associated reporting systems. You will also be a key member of the marketing and sales operations team and will be the administrator of the company’s social media and associated websites.

Responsibilities

  •  Execute end-to-end campaigns while maintaining cohesive automated workflows.
  • Develop a deep understanding of UX and best practices.
  • Develop and implement direct marketing campaigns and targeting new prospects and current customers in key markets to improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Utilize HubSpot, Zohu and other data sources to regularly report on campaign performance and marketing influence across the customer journey from lead creation to opportunity close.
  • Report on marketing automation performance, including emails, landing pages, forms, and more.
  • Understand and develop the framework of campaigns, lead routing, list uploads, and data management between sales and marketing systems.
  • Serve as administrator of Company’s website and help with creating landing pages when needed.
  • Monitor Company’s search engine results; utilize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) methods and techniques to improve Company’s organic ranking relative to competitors.
  • Create new and modify existing graphic images and video, when necessary, in support of Company’s marketing efforts.
  • Support Company’s F2F marketing events, including trade shows, by serving as the primary point of contact for any logistics needs.
  • Drive follow-up on status of existing leads and sales opportunities directly with Company’s external sales representatives and customers.

Requirements

Education

  • BS with an emphasis in marketing.
  • BS technical degree with prior marketing experience.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in either digital marketing, product marketing, and/or campaign planning, management, and execution in a related industry (life science, biotechnology, device, or clinical research).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and integrating HubSpot workflows across systems.
  • Fluent in CRM applications (Zoho preferred); able to quickly implement new applications as needed.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills including experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and pivot rapidly when needed to address urgent business needs.
  • Deep interest in measuring and optimizing campaign effectiveness.
  • Knowledgeable in SEM, SEO, SMM, email marketing, and content marketing tactical activities and KPIs.
  • Prior experience in website content/webpage creation.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and self-driven; possesses ability to multitask & prioritize with only minimal managerial oversight.
  • Innovative and enjoys applying new approaches.
  • Demonstrated application of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques to improve a website’s organic ranking.
  • Basic exposure to or knowledge of HTML.
  • Proficient with MS Office – Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of ERP, HubSpot and CRM integration and lead tracking.
  • Familiarity with Lark and clinical research industry preferred.

Salary range: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience level.

Taimei Technology Inc. is looking for an Associate Director/Director of Business Development. Business Development experience selling SaaS based systems into Biotech and Pharma with the following skills and experiences:

  • Sales to pharma & Biotech companies: Experience selling to senior clinical operations and C-Level executives and can use existing network to succeed would be preferable.
  • Candidate has successfully owned the full sales cycle and is skilled at prospecting to identify new accounts as well as finding opportunities within existing accounts to expand.
  • Ideal candidate has proven, multi-year track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets for top pharma company accounts.
  • Clinical trial data or software sales: Experience selling clinical trial data or technology and has sold products directly to clinical operations teams. Experience might include, but is not limited to, decentralized clinical trial (DCT) platforms, patient recruitment technology, eClinical suites, site selection services, mobile health data, and clinical data analytics tools.

Core Accountabilities

Sales Execution

  • Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities to target accounts.
  • Creating and deploying sales plans based on account assignments.
